How would you describe what key Filipino officials do when they ride bicycles (which is what they did on the Guangzhou study tour from July 30 to Aug. 1)? “Ride the ride”?

Key Filipino officials see why two wheels are better than four in Guangzhou. Marikina mayor Del De Guzman (2nd from left).
